Who Can File a Dr. Hajhosseini Assault Lawsuit?
Any woman who saw Dr. Hajhosseini as a patient or during the job interview process and felt something was weird or “off” should contact us. Along with the jobsite recruiting ruse and pattern of drugging staffers, Hajhosseini also assaulted patients under anesthesia and drugged other women into unconscious sleep before assaulting them and recording some of the incidents on video.
The first California accuser was an employee at the Wound & Burn Centers of America in Los Angeles, the complex wound healing organization Hajhosseini founded and presided over that is still housed in the Cedars-Sinai Beverly Hills-Rodeo Drive Medical Center – the same prestigious complex also charged in the Dr. Barry Brock assault lawsuit for harboring a potential felon.
She told authorities that she met him through an online job recruiting website that he may have used to select and lure multiple women by offering top hourly wages and the potential to earn overtime after hours at his Beverly Hills home.3
“The charges stem from a single accuser, police said, but investigators strongly believe there are other victims who have yet to come forward. A photo of Hajhosseini was released to help in the search for potential victims.”4
He was arrested in Los Angeles, November 26, 2024, on multiple counts of drug-induced sexual assault.
If you were lured to Hajhosseini’s home with promises of employment, and something happened – it was not your fault. Likewise, patients who were anesthetized and assaulted unconscious may not even be fully aware of what happened. Investigators, however, have located video evidence. If you feel something went wrong, please come forward so your case may be better investigated.
This deviance is the work of a master manipulator using his influence to hurt women. And it’s never okay.
