A Case for Women is changing the narrative about lawsuits® by helping women who have been harmed by corporate wrongdoing find their inner power and fight back through civil legal action.
While we help women on an individual basis, our overarching goal is to create systemic change: the kind of change that makes products and services safer for women and their families.
SINCE OUR FOUNDING IN 2015, WE HAVE HELPED TENS OF THOUSANDS OF WOMEN TAKE PART IN LAWSUITS THAT RESULTED NOT ONLY IN COMPENSATION FOR THEIR INJURIES, BUT ALSO IN SWEEPING SOCIETAL CHANGES.
A few examples include the removal of Essure birth control from the US market, the change in Johnson & Johnson’s baby powder formulation, new safety protocols regarding sexual assault at schools like Michigan State University, and the push on rideshare companies, like Uber and Lyft, and mobile games aimed at children, like Roblox, for safety measures.
A Case for Women’s goal is to make game-changing litigation accessible to women everywhere in the United States. We do this by educating women about their options, demystifying legal action, and connecting women with law firms that are willing to take on the Goliaths.
