These Were Not Women – These Were CHILDREN.

It’s no secret anymore: All those survivors of Epstein’s houses of horrors who spoke up for years not only suffered from the sexual assault trauma they endured as children, but also suffered from the trauma of not being believed when they did voice cries for help.

If you were caught up in this ring of horrors, wherever you are or whatever your age now, please contact us in deepest confidence. We are here for you.

A Case for Women believes that many women may have not yet spoken up about their experiences with Jeffrey Epstein and sexual assault. We want to try and help anyone who was dehumanized by Epstein or any of his elusive “clients” or collaborators – our goal is empowerment and justice through a civil lawsuit.

We’re changing the narrative about lawsuits.

“It drove me crazy to think these people could potentially get away with silencing me for good. When someone on Twitter speculated that the FBI might kill me ‘to protect the ultrarich and well connected,’ I felt the need to respond. ‘If I died suddenly,’ I tweeted, ‘no one should believe that it was an accident.’”

– Virginia Roberts Guiffre, Nobody’s Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice (published posthumously).1

How Bad is Bad?

The sheer numbers are astounding. As of February 2026, 1,200 women (up from 1,000) assaulted in Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking operation have been identified from the new tranche of 3.5 million files released to the public January 30, 2026.2 They contain 2,000 videos never seen before.3 The trafficking reportedly began in 1996, abusing girls as young as 14.4

These were children and the web of abusers represents the highest echelons of power. We want justice for every survivor and we want every survivor of this hell to speak up. Because the biggest sex assault/ sex trafficking “ring” ever can’t go unpunished.

Briefly, some main focus points:5

  • Jeffrey Epstein lured children with promises of money, fame, fortune, even expensive college tuition to visit his residences in New York, Florida, and Little Saint James, the private island he owned in the US Virgin Islands nicknamed “Epstein Island.”
  • He and other powerful men6 sexually abused children during “sexual massages”
  • He paid children to recruit other underaged girls for his/ his clients’ gratification
  • He manipulated associates (particularly Ghislane Maxwell) and employees to identify, groom, and transport children.

“Do you think you’re the devil himself?” Epstein was asked in a newly published interview intended for a documentary. He responded with a smirk.7

“I was young,” Carolyn said, “and $300 was a lot of money to me.” 7, 8

Can You Still File a Jeffrey Epstein Lawsuit?

Epstein never acted alone. His web of the powerful and moneyed allowed the sexual exploitation and coverup of sex trafficking and sexual abuse for decades.  The recent (January 2026) release of files spotlights the horrors and provides more details as to the who-what-when.

Many legal experts believe there are still viable ways to go after this entrenched web of predators and allow for a Jeffrey Epstein lawsuit – and we’re here for it. But we need you – THE SURVIVORS – to contact us so we can work together to punish the responsible people and institutions.

WE WEAR THIS BADGE PROUDLY. Because, in a time when legal services are still dominated by men, only a Women Owned Business can bring the woman’s perspective to issues that disproportionately affect women.

We are the ones, far more than men, who are injured by sexual assault, financial scams, the gender pay gap, toxic chemicals, and the misguided practices of powerful pharmaceutical companies.
