# A Case for Women

> A Case for Women (ACFW) is a legal marketing and case intake agency that connects injured women and sexual assault survivors with contingency-fee attorney representation, while supplying partner law firms with qualified leads and signed retention agreements for sexual assault, product liability, and other cases that disproportionately affect women and children.

A Case for Women is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. It operates two audiences: (1) consumers, who it helps evaluate potential lawsuits at no upfront cost and connects to vetted attorneys, and (2) law firms, for whom it generates and delivers case leads and signed agreements as a marketing and intake partner.
